According to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) not more than 30% of total household income should be on housing. However, low wages and the high demand for housing contribute to the fact that many families, individuals, and seniors, pay much more than 30% of their annual income on shelter. Affordable Housing programs are designed to ensure the 30% standard is upheld.

We will help people with credit problems become eligible to be a homeowner. We will empower people to use their rent money to build long-term equity for themselves, their families, and the community by becoming homeowners.
